Commissions are for personal use only. Please ask me beforehand if you plan on using it commercially as it will incur a higher fee.

You will receive a full resolution digital file (Png) / (Jpeg) shared through Email upon completion.

Payment is done through PayPal primarily, using USD ($) as the main currency. (Extra options for clients paying in Sgd/Myr)

Payment will be done with half amount paid before sketch and the second half after sketch is done to proceed with the piece. Upfront payments are always preferred!

A payment of 20% of the commission will be required if you wish to book a slot in my wait list

Commissions may take around 2weeks ~1month to complete depending on the complexity of the request. I will give the estimated time needed depending on your request.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS. So please think carefully before deciding on a commission and making the payment.

I am allowed to reject any commissions if i feel is not suitable for my style.

Providing references is always recommended so the commission will be progressed smoothly.

I am allowed to choose to post the commissions on my social media unless stated otherwise. (fees will be included for private commissions)

Changes are only allowed in the sketch stages. Any major changes after rendering will incur an additional fee. You will get up to 2 refinements on the sketch if the payment has not been made.

All art will be done in my style by default. If you wish to have control over finer details/rendering quality, An extra fee will be charged

I will update you frequently on the progress of the commission so in the case that I miss any details please notify me and these will be changed free of charge.

Conditions will not change unless I personally approve so.
